Dear BMF Brothers & Friends,
As summer is upon us and outdoor activities abound, I hope this email finds you in good health. Let’s be reminded to be about our heavenly Father's business.
Brothers, Jesus came and told his disciples, “I have been given all authority in heaven and on earth. Therefore, go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit. Teach these new disciples to obey all the commands I have given you. And be sure of this: I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” (Matthew 28:18-20).
Jesus’ words continue to echo for each of us today; therefore, may we all be diligent and continue going into our communities, gyms, beaches, golf courses, ball games, etc. – “the marketplace.”
Now more than ever, there are many in dire need to know Jesus; He is The Answer!
We often find ourselves navigating through an ever-changing landscape. New challenges and opportunities arise, demanding our agility, creativity, and resilience. Amidst this constant flux, I want to offer you a message of encouragement and hope, anchored in the timeless truth that our God is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
In Hebrews 13:8, we are reminded: "Jesus Christ is the same yesterday and today and forever." This scripture is a powerful testament to the unchanging nature of God. It reassures us that despite the uncertainties we face in our professional and personal lives, we have a steadfast anchor in Him. His promises, His character, and His love remain constant, providing a solid foundation for our endeavors.
As you lead the way in your community and fellowship, please remember that the principles and values rooted in God's Word are timeless and universally applicable. Integrity, compassion, humility, and perseverance are not just biblical virtues; they are the pillars of effective and ethical leadership. By embodying these qualities, you not only honor God but also inspire and uplift those around you.
In the fast-paced and often unpredictable world of business, it is easy to become overwhelmed. Yet, it is precisely in these moments of uncertainty that we can draw strength from our faith.
Philippians 4:6-7 encourages us: "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."
Take time to seek God's guidance in your decisions. Trust in His wisdom and lean on Him for understanding. Your role as a child of God is not just to navigate the complexities of the marketplace but to be a beacon of light and hope everywhere. Your faith can be a source of inspiration to your neighbors, colleagues, employees, and even competitors, showcasing the power of divine guidance in achieving excellence and purpose.
As you move forward, may you always remember that you are not alone. The Holy Spirit is with you, guiding your steps and strengthening your resolve. Embrace His constancy and let it fuel your vision and drive.
Your life as a Christian will make a profound difference, not only in the success of your business but in the lives of those you touch.
