Season of Transition "Coming Together"
Dear BMF USA Brothers, As you are aware, “WE” Business Men’s Fellowship USA is in a season of transition. After much prayer, discussion, and seeking God’s direction, we are moving forward with coming together with FGBMFA to form a stronger ministry that continues the vision God gave Demos Shakarian 75 years ago—to see men empowered by the Holy Spirit and used to impact the marketplace and the nations for Christ.
We want to be clear about the language we are using. We are not calling this a merger. We are calling it “coming together.” Our desire is to bring our BMF USA chapters and members into FGBMFA while continuing the mission, relationships, and fellowship that have been so important to BMF USA.
As part of this transition, BMF USA will be closing our existing 501(c)(3) and moving forward under the existing FGBMFA 501(c)(3). Our plan is to transition current BMF USA chapters and members into FGBMFA by the end of the year.
An Early Year-End Giving Opportunity
Normally, during October and November, BMF USA makes our year-end appeal to help cover ministry overhead and expenses and to support ministry opportunities.
This year is different.
We are asking each of you to prayerfully consider making your year-end donation early and helping us with the costs of this important transition as we come together with FGBMFA.
Your giving will help us address the necessary administrative functions / expenses associated with the excellent FGBMFA chapter-fellowship structure, oversight and assistance in carrying forward the ministry work, relationships, and vision that God has entrusted to us.

We are grateful for every brother who has prayed, given, served, led a chapter, shared his testimony, invited another man to fellowship, and helped carry the vision of BMF USA forward.
This is not about simply closing one chapter—it is about your fellowship’s coming together and continuing the vision God gave Demos Shakarian 75 years ago.
What began with a vision to see men empowered by the Holy Spirit continues today. We believe that by coming together, we can build upon what God has already done through BMF USA and move forward with greater strength, unity, and purpose with FGBMFA.
